Happy Birthday to the Ground

The system is always trying to get us down...

so, to get past the system, I've developed these 10 coping skills:

1. sMiLe
2. Pretend you own something that you don't (i.e. a boat, beach house, golf course)
3. Doodle happy faces everywhere you can.
4. Decide what you're going to this weekend.
5. Call a friend, see if they want to get drinks later.
6. Do whatever it is you need to do for tomorrow.
7. Smile because you accomplished something.
8. Help someone
9. Make photocopies (more relaxing than you think)
10. Google "silly polar bears"
